Ruth and Roger Dunning Scholarship Endowment

This scholarship is given by E. Ruth Breitwieser Dunning, MD, and her husband Roger Dunning, both graduates of East Stroudsburg High School. Dr. Dunning practiced in Monroe County while her husband taught in the East Stroudsburg School District and was an administrator in the Stroudsburg School District. This scholarship was founded to provide support to residents of Monroe County who wish to attend Northampton Community College at either the Bethlehem or Monroe campuses.
