Patrick J. Kraus Freshman Drawing Competition Endowment

The purpose of this fund is to award partial scholarships toward a second year of study at Northampton Community College to students with a talent in drawing in honor of Patrick J. Kraus. Any full- or part-time student attending NCC, who has completed 31 credits or fewer, at the time of the Kraus Drawing Competition is eligible for the award. The recipients shall be determined based on the results of a juried drawing competition, open to freshman students each spring. As a condition of accepting the scholarship, the students agree that their winning entries will become the property of the college and part of its permanent collection.
