John W. and Annette Arnts Communications Scholarship Endowment

John W. Arnts was among Northampton Community College’s earliest trustees, having been elected to the Board in 1976. In 1994 he was named Trustee Emeritus. From 1985 through 1994 he also served on the College Foundation Board. John and Annette were frequent supports of the College and the Foundation. Their life’s work was in the cable television industry. The Radio/Television studio in Communications Hall is named in their honor. This scholarship was founded to provide support to full or part-time students in the College’s communication-related programs particularly those in radio/tv, journalism, speech and theatre.
