Bill & Barbara Cramer Scholarship Endowment

This scholarship was established by Attorney Bill Cramer and his wife Barbara in 2004. Both are prominent citizens in Monroe County who are widely admired for their civic engagement and community leadership. Barbara, a devoutly religious person, has also devoted much time and love ministering to the infirmed and elderly. They founded this annual scholarship to support students in the liberal arts with a preference toward English majors.
