William R. and Judith G. Samer Scholarship Endowment

This scholarship was established to honor the memory of William R. Samer, 1948-2008, by his loving wife Judie. A graduate of DeSales University, Bill founded the W.R. Samer Insurance Agency in Allentown with Judie in 1983, an agency they jointly operated through 2006. He and Judie shared a love of travel, dogs and NCC. Bill was also a collector of vintage watches. This scholarship was founded to provide scholarship support to business students from the Lehigh Valley who are attending Northampton Community College.
