James W. Harper/Discover Lehigh Valley Endowed Scholarship

This scholarship, created to honor Mr. James W. Harper, shall provide tuition support for Northampton Community College students from Pennsylvania’s Lehigh and Northampton counties who are pursuing careers in hospitality and/or the culinary arts. Preference will be given to full-time students who demonstrate financial need and who maintain at least a 2.0 grade point average.
