Joseph & Joy Jacques Accounting Scholarship for Monroe County

Joseph Jacques is from Stroudsburg, PA and graduated from Northampton in 1973. Mr. and Mrs. Jacques live in Maryland and own a Financial Services firm. Mr. Jacques created this scholarship to help students get their start in accounting.
