Dorene DiStefano Dental Hygiene Scholarship Endowment

This scholarship is named in memory of Dorene DiStefano, wife of Ronald E. DiStefano, a 1975 dental hygiene graduate of Northampton Community College. Dorene was a dental hygienist in the Northampton Area School District for 20 years and the moving force behind the establishment of the District’s dental clinic for the needy. This scholarship was established to provide scholarships for full and part-time students attending Northampton Community College, majoring in dental hygiene with demonstrated financial need. Preference will be given to students from the Northampton Area School District.
